Nurses On-Call Recruitment

HCA Midwest Health System seeks qualified registered nurses to serve as referral representatives for our Nurses On-Call Health Advice and Nurse Triage program. The program, which is based at Research Medical Center's Brookside Campus, offers the public the ability to seek the opinion of nurses via telephone in order to access the most appropriate options for care based on urgency and acuity.

Our Nurses On-Call are also responsible for facilitating referrals to participating physicians, hospitals, services and community resources. Our registered nurses use an online system of physician-approved clinical protocols and health information to assess, educate and advise patients and their family members on their health concerns, as well as to provide safe, effective and appropriate dispositions of care.
